For our commercial Business Unit MNOs/TIS (Mobile Network Operators/Telecom Infrastructure Services) within Cellnex Netherlands we are looking for reinforcement of our team:





To lead the execution and deployment of all commercial activity with MNO’s. Managing customer account management, including (re)negotiating new and existing contracts and agreements to limit and minimize operational expenses for the portfolio.  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships driven by customer experience. Operating as the main point of contact specific to multi-site landlord accounts.




Landlord relationship management

  • Acquire, build and expand new and existing telecom networks or elements according to the tactical /nominal plan.
  • Monitoring and Reporting Site Deployment progress (Site Acquisition, Landlord relations, contract (re)negotiation, amendment).
  • Landlord Relations management (single site, multisite).
  • Legal (Contract validation & related issues, Permitting, hearings, Relation management towards municipalities).


Financial management

  • Lease negotiations within set terms and conditions based and related on average lease price target.
  • Administrate accurately with the use of the landlord and site management dedicated systems.


Decision making authority

  • Take the lead and responsibility for all communications towards Multi-site Landlords of network locations according to the MSLL instruction sheet.
  • Work and make decisions independently in order to acquire or maintain a network location. He/she is provided with clear legal and financial boundaries in order to do so.
  • The Account Manager has the authority to push action forward to the external service partner.


Challenges and opportunities

  • High Target Pressure related to the aggregated year plan.
  • Forecast and manage the financial impact.
  • Find the right balance between forwarding regional activities to the Service Partner P&A and keeping the activities internally.
  • Transition from mobile operator to tower company.

Health & Safety

  • Working according to Health and Safety rules (based on official regulation)



  • You have an HBO diploma in Commercial Economics and/or Real Estate (e.g. MER specialisation) field of study.
  • +5 years of relevant experience in this specific area.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required, strong verbal and writer communication skills are essential.
  • Good communication skills, able to address and convince owners of prospect network locations to cooperate (cold canvassing).
